One of my favorite films from Japan. Story is written by my favorite author, Haruki Murakami. Soundtrack is from one of my favorite composers, Ryuichi Sakamoto. Oh, and Rie Miyazawa is beautiful in this.
One of my favorite films from Japan that was shown at this year's HIFF is "Honokaa Boy." Highly recommended if you're into quirky Japanese films (yeah, like almost all of them).
